Beach made easy: we include 2 beach tags, 2 beach chairs, and an umbrella — plus a free parking spot. The
beach is a minute away, and restaurants, shops, and mini golf are a short walk.
Inside you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, two large smart TVs with streaming, and a cozy bedroom with a king bed,
walk-in closet, and laptop desk for quiet remote work. Both rooms have AC and heat with direct access to the
bathroom (tub/shower combo).
You will also get a house manual with tips and recommendations to enjoy your stay even more. Wifi, one parking spot, two beach chairs and an umbrella are included as well.

The condo is on the second floor in the addition of the historic Baronet Mansion at Beach Avenue. There are several units in both buildings.
You have access to the entire condo as well as the joint porch and joint laundry. The laundry is not available during late fall and winter/ early spring.

The condo is located in the historic district in Cape May.
The historic district was designated a National Historic Landmark on May 11, 1976, and is a showcase of late-Victorian-era architecture. Take your camera on a stroll through town to capture beautiful preserved buildings from the 1800s.
Leave your car in the designated parking spot. Many restaurants, shops and activities are either in walking distance or a short bike ride away. You will find several bike shops close to the condo.
We provide sheets, linens, and towels, as well as Shampoo & Conditioner. Please bring your own beach towels.
The shared coin-operated laundry is available from April 1 through October 30.
Please note that this is a historic building, and open fires are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Kindly keep all personal belongings inside to ensure there is ample space for everyone to access their condos comfortably.
