Bed linens, sheets, bath towels and bedding for the queen‑size sofa bed are provided. Guests should bring their own beach towels.
There’s an elevator at Cape Whale and Cape Surf, and luggage carts are available to help bring luggage into the apartment.
It depends on the property: Cape Whale, Cape Oar and Cape Pelican have drip‑style coffee makers, Cape Surf has a Keurig, and Cape Wave has a Nespresso machine. Coffee is provided.
Check‑in is after 4:00 PM and before 10:00 PM. Check‑out is by 10:00 AM.
You’ll receive a 100 % refund until 24 hours after booking is accepted, a 100 % refund until 30 days before check‑in, and a 50 % refund until 7 days before check‑in.
Only at Cape Whale and Cape Surf. Pets must be well behaved and kept off furniture.
Everyone aged 12+ needs beach tags in Cape May from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We provide two complimentary beach tags at Whale, Surf and Oar, and four tags at Belvedere and Wave.
Each unit has one dedicated off‑street parking spot. Extra vehicles must use street parking and follow local regulations.
Yes, Wi‑Fi is available and speeds are over 500 Mbps.
Yes. At Cape Whale, Cape Surf and Cape Belvedere, washer and dryer are shared and coin‑operated (bring quarters). Cape Oar, Cape Wave and Cape Pelican have a washer and dryer inside the apartment/house.
Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap are provided.
We provide beach chairs and beach umbrellas—four chairs for Cape Pelican, Cape Belvedere and Cape Wave, and two chairs for the other units.
Yes, all of our units include a travel crib and a high chair.
Cape Belvedere is the only unit with direct ocean views from the apartment. Cape Whale and Cape Surf have partial ocean views from a shared porch.
Each kitchen includes high‑end appliances (stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher) plus cooking basics (salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, cutting board).
