The condo is on the first floor in the rear addition of the historic Baronet Mansion at Beach Avenue. There are several units in both buildings. Enjoy the modern interior with nautical touches including a new kitchen with dishwasher, stainless-steel appliances and all cooking essentials. The open and bright kitchen living room space also comes with a 4-person dining table, a smart TV and a queen-size sleeper sofa with a firm top - great for kids to sleep on. Wake up in the cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet and laptop desk. The bedroom as well as the living room have direct access to the bathroom with a tub shower combination. Both rooms have air condition and heating. Need to work remotely? Just get some quiet time and work at the laptop desk in the bedroom. You will also find a house manual with tips and recommendations to enjoy your stay even more. Wifi and one parking spot are included. You will find one twin duvet and 1 king duvet as well as 3 pillows. Please bring sheets, linens (including pillowcases), towels and toiletries. You can also reach out to the LINEN LADIES SERVICE that services our area with linens and towels. They can drop it off and pick it up during your stay. They also offer beach equipment and much more. It is your responsibility to order, pay and coordinate with the LINEN LADIES. I recommend to do that far in advance. Please note that this is a historic building and there are no open fires even candles allowed. Please also keep all your belongings inside, so that there is enough room for everybody to walk to their condos. The joint coin operated laundry is accessible between April 1 and October 30. Rest assured your trip will be safe, as this home is deep-cleaned, and all touched surfaces are frequently disinfected prior to your check-in.
