About

Welcome to Cape Del Mar. Our newly renovated apartment is located in the heart of Cape May, in a Victorian house from 1860. Park your car in your dedicated space and walk everywhere you like. This vacation rental is located only couple of blocks from the beach and within one block of the renowned Washington Street Mall, you'll have plenty of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Congress Hall is an entertaining 7-8 minute walk away.

Good to know

Our newly renovated apartment is located in a victorian Cape May building from 1860. It's a spacious one bedroom, one bath condo in the heart of Cape May and features a dedicated patio just for your own use. We'll provide bath towels (please bring your own beach towels), sheets, pillows, and blankets. We also have a fully equipped kitchen and provide basics such as olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry tabs are also provided. Cape May beach is within walking distance and will need beach tags (Labor Day through Memorial Day). We will provide you with 4 beach tags.

Please note that this is a historic building and there are no open fires even candles allowed. No smoking please. Please keep all your belongings inside to meet the fire protection requirements. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cape Oar — we visited for New Years and had actually booked that same week. Host Julia was very kind, helpful and always responsive! We appreciated the nice renovated details such as the modern kitchen and new tiling and flooring, the close walkability to downtown, and the off street parking. The description and photos were very accurate, bed was comfy, and everything was very clean. We would be happy to come back and stay again. Thank you!

Julia’s space is cozy, clean, and in a perfect location in Cape May. Walking distance to all of the restaurants, bars, and shops that you would want to visit in Cape May. Lots of space and tastefully decorated as well. We will definitely come again!

Find us

Leave your car in the designated parking spot. Many restaurants, shops and activities are either in walking distance or a short bike ride away. You will find several bike shops close to the condo.
